Knee Pain Hey, about a week ago I tripped and fell at work and landed directly on my right knee. Needless to say it was very painful and continued to be painful for the next few days (like normal). A bruise was developing so I iced it on and off (20 on and about 20 off) for the next two days following the accident. Now a week later, the bruise has gone down significantly but the pain is still there. More specifically it hurts to bend my knee more than 90 degrees and when I try it hurts and I feel a tingling sensation around my knee, this same sensation happens when I touch the center of my knee cap and also hurts. I just want to know if this is normal. |
Re: Knee Pain Hello Friend, You should consult a doctor if pain is severe.... Thanks |
Re: Knee Pain Pain is never normal. It is possible that it is still inflammed but if this occured at work it should be covered by Workers Comp - did someone take a report on your fall. Talk to your HR department and let them know that you need to have a doctor examine the knee. |
