I've had the same pain; have you figured out what it is? It's very perplexing to me because it doesn't feel orthopedic in nature. It's the most unusual feeling ever- like a sharp shock like pain (very painful) and usually only happens when I'm still, not with movement. It's yours similar to this?

It is kind of frightening because I worry its the beginning of a heart attack or a blood clot. I have had it on & off for about a year.
