Stiff Fingers

Hello everyone.
I'll try to describe as accurately as possible my condition.
In the morning when I wake up my fingers are stiff, rigid. I find it difficult to gather fist and feel the tension in the fist and pain in the finger joints. Yesterday, I've wanted to cut off and eat a piece of bacon for a job and I could not, I just can not push the knife with my fingers. During the day, the tension seemed to deflate a bit due to activities at work.
It all started 4 months ago, I had one month of intensive work in construction under belt. I should note that i haven't worked physically hard jobs before. I thought it would pass on its own, but it it did not. I had a short break of 1 week and things started to repair but then again I started working in construction and the condition came back, so I think the reason for the pain is an overload of fingers due to work.
If someone can give advice on what to do, how can this pass the fastest, I would be much appreciative.

Thanks in advance!
