In April I broke my left ankle. It was an unstable ankle fracture of my fibula and required surgery for a plate and 6 screws. It's been 7.5 mos and I'm trying to slowly work some mild running into my walking program. Some days are fine and some days the pain is too much. Has anyone recovered from this type of surgery and what was a good regime to go by??
