Can someone interpret MRI report for me?

Hi There,

I've just got a report back from having had an MRI scan of my elbow and it will be 2 weeks before I see the specialist so in the mean time I was hoping someone could interpret the following for me...:-)

1. Moderate joint effusion and synovitis
2. 11mm osteochondral fragment lying between radial head and posterior aspect of the capitellum
3. Moderate increased T2 signal within Radial collateral ligament at the humeral attachment consistent with an intermediate grade partial thickness tear. Extends into the inferior aspect of the common extensor tendon origin.

Anyone got any ideas of what this means in terms of what they might do?
Cheers
