Sudden pain at old fracture site

Hey all:

Nearly three years ago, I fractured my right humerus way up by the shoulder -- a plate and screws were inserted and after a couple months of physical therapy I was on my way.

Yesterday evening, I was moving some boxes around, one of which was fairly heavy (contained books) and I had to squeeze through a narrow closet doorway holding it up solely with my right arm.

Today, I was having some pain in the arm... muscle pain down to the elbow and the fracture site itself was quite tender to the touch.

I've actually done pushups with this arm a number of times over the past year-plus, some pain in the shoulder joint which clears up with use -- but nothing like what I experienced today.

Is it muscles/tendons or did I really somehow mess something up with the bone itself? Thanks for any input!
