I know we are supposed to do weight bearing exercises but ... I wonder how much good aerobic dance class would do us ole osteoporitic gals. A dance class geared to us rather than the younger generation. Could we do gentle aerobics to "Blue Tango", "The Stripper", "Cherry Pink & Apple Blossom White", "So Rare". THEN, we could get real ambitious: we could try "Rebel Rouser" or "Yakety Yak". If nothing else it would be fun!!! Oh, goshes!!! How about "Proud Mary" or "Rocking Pneumonia & the Boogie Woogie Flu"??
