I think: They are not referring to the T-score, but rather to the raw BMD score, which is expressed in grams per square centigram. And they must also indicate which BMD location the score refers to. It usually refers to the lumbar spine or the hip.
Anything which claims to increase BMD by a certain percentage, but doesn't specify the BMD location, is very suspicious.
