| Re: Fluoride and osteoporosis
Taape,
We were discussing drinking water. The amount of fluoride in drinking water is not good for the elderly (great for children developing bones). I had been reading about this for a long time and decided to ask the orthopedic specialist about it. He was head of orthopedics at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Most doctors at medical schools are on the cutting edge of new developments.
Most bottled water contains fluoride. However, the Ozarka Natural Spring Water does not (I called Ozarka).
Another orthpedic doctor I saw for my knees told me many treatments they have used for years is now considered wrong.
Like many things they tell us something is good and then later on down the road, like several years, they tell us it is not good for us. Hard to know what is good and what is not.
