Next to those numbers, are there others listed with a negative sign in front? There should be another 2 numbers with a T and Z score, next to what you listed. Do those numbers you listed have a mg/cm2 after it? If so look for another 2 numbers for your T and Z score, and compare it to the list below.
Normal bone density is a score at or above -1.0
Osteopenia is a score between -1.0 and -2.5
Osteoporosis is a score below -2.5
Below is the World Health Org's definition on T and Z scores; also the link has an unbelievable amount of good info on osteopenia and osteoporosis.
