Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Salad
1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix or grate fresh carrots and cabbage
1 bunch of broccoli florets (fresh if in season)
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1.In a large salad bowl, combine the slaw, broccolie florets, and broken noodles.
2.Whisk together the sugar, oil, vinegar and ramen seasoning packets. Pour over salad and toss to evenly coat. Put the peanuts and sunflowers on top and eat!
