Hi Mbeth-I take 15mg of Vitamin K2 (Menatetrenone), 2000-3000IU of Vitamin D, 400mg of magnesium glycinate and 300 of magnesium citrate. Calcium I usually get from food but I have microcrystalline hydroxyapatite around in case I miss a calcium source at a meal.
Apparently, vitamin K2 is not as significant a bone-builder as strontium (I think it yields a 1% increase per year, but that's better than nothing).
