calcium aspartate-is it helpful for ossteoporosis?

I am taking EZorb capsules which contain calcium aspartate as a form of calcium supplementation. Can this form of calcium be harmful? 2 capsules contain 1120mg of calcium aspartate - I take 4 capsules/day.

See the Ezsorb side effects post ~ possibly that can give you an answer. I've never taken it.
