Anyone supplementing with Vitamin K?

Just wondering if any of you are taking extra Vitamin K? My multivitamin has a very small amount in it (30 mcg.), and I don't know if it's K1 or K2. I've been reading about MK-7 and MK-4...any thoughts on these? Which is better? I think I'd like to add some K to my daily vitamins. Supposed to be good for the bones!
