Body frame size
Most of the online risk tests for osteoporosis seem to ask what your frame size is. If not that, then they ask if you're over 127 pounds. I am 5' 8" and weigh about 146 pounds. I do not consider myself to be a large framed person, but am I medium frame with those statistics? How is frame size determined?

Hi pianolady, if you do a search using body frame calculator you can find many places where you calculate your frame size. It is based on wrist and elbow size. take care...phyllis
