If you haven't already read "The Myth of Osteoporosis", you should. There are some general ideas in the book. They said you should do many different exercises so that the muscles pull on different parts of the bones to strengthen them. I would invest in some hand weights so you can add weight to whatever you do. One good back exercise is, using an exercise ball, lie on your stomach on top of the ball and do kind of an upside down sit-up, using your back muscles to raise and lower the top half of your body. It's easiest if you put your feet against a wall or something else stable so you don't slide or tip over. I'm sure some people on here will be able to give you more specific exercises, but probably anything you do will help!
