stroke and osteoporosis

my mother recently had a stroke and is confined to bed; she has advanced form of osteoporosis (took bonviva and Ca supplements) and is in contstant pain in the spine: many cracked verterbrae; She was taking Vitamin K2 and Vitamin B before which were stopped. Is it safe to take them for the stroke? Any recommendations for the pain apart from painkiller?
Thanks

I would check with her doctors before taking any vitamins. I know that you aren't supposed to take some vitamins when you are on anti-clotting drugs like Coumadin etc. Better safe than sorry. Blessings
