Misty800 Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: Burnet, Texas USA Posts: 4,310	Bisphosphonates and bone spurs Has anyone ended up with bone spurs due to taking bisphosphonates? I feel that Actonel caused bone spurs in both shoulders, recently had shoulder surgery to remove bone spurs in one shoulder and waiting to have surgery on the other shoulder. First shoulder needs to be back in operation before I can have the second one done.
