L4/l5 microsurgery without 100 percent recovery

Hi there everyone

I have had L4,L5 microsurgery, ie disc herniation but still suffer with dull pain after the operation but not as debilitating as the sharp pain prior to the operation.

This dull pain appears at any time of the day but more so with incorrect posture like slouching or lying down but head on a pillow.

Has anyone had similar experiences and are there any excercises to correct this as i do not want to go for surgery again.

Many Thanks.

What kind of surgery did you have--microsurgery as in a discetimony? Do you have osteoporosis? Otherwise, you may want to post on the pain management or back pain board and get more responses.
