Anyone taking K-2 and Tumeric for osteoporosis?

Lately, it seems like I have been hearing more (well I have been on the boards more lately too) about Vitamin K-2 and Tumeric.

If anyone has been taking it could you mention if it has worked for you and if you have had any bad experiences with it.

Also where have you gotten them, if it was a good buy and the company that you got them from was good to work with.

Just very curious, especially if I decide to go off the Alendronate and stick with the Strontium.

Thanks again !
Granni.
