In this months issue of Prevention magazine there was a small article stating that if you take your Vitamin D supplement with your largest meal of the day you can boost the absorption by 57%. I am now trying to remember to take it after supper instead of whenever i remembered to take it.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully I've been getting my share of vitamin D by taking long walks in the sun, and enjoying pool time during the summer. I love this time of year and hope all are doing well and are enjoying the warm temps !
