osteopenia in young adult
I'm in my twenties and for the past few years I've been trying to figure out ways to slow down my bone loss.
In my youth I was fairly active...not enough to develope "Athlete Triad", or at least I don't think. I still try to be active but I've been hampered by numerous injuries in the past 4 years. They haven't all been fractures, but that is what has kept me out for the past 5 months.
I'm hoping that there's someone out there that might have similar problems and/or knows where to find more info.
