I am totally freaked out.I happily meonopaused this year at age 43.The Bone Density test I just had (in June ) came back very bad !

Hip -3.0, Spine -1.9 Forearm -2.4 !
I started taking a highly absorbable organic Calcium/Magnesium w Boron calcium citrate supplement in May. My gynecologist directed me to do that before the bone density results, due to the menopause.
I had the bone scan referred to me by my internist and his office called with the bad results above. They mentioned Fasomax

and another chemical pharmaceutical drug, but I am very against that. I have a lot of questions, please help.I am not on hormones(and feel fine without them) - D.E.S. exposure and breast cancer family history !
Will I be okay with the organic supplement I mentioned that I am taking ? Why does Fasomax reverse bone loss and is calcium in it ?I was looking at Miacalcin nasal spray as the one "chemical" non-organic drug I may be willing to take. Any help out there from anyone ? Thanks.
