 Actonel and Thrush/Oral Candidosis
I've recently broke out with a bad case of oral thrush which was also extended to my throat. I have been off of Actonel for 6 months now and I wonder how much study there is connecting the osteo drugs with thrush. I know what thrush is, but I wonder if my chemistry was affected by Actonel that way . I used to get a very dehydrated feeling in my throat sometimes when I was on actonel which is a very similar feeling I had with the recent thrush.
I have cut way down on yeast and sugar and taking Acidollpolis supplements now to ward off any future outbreak of the thrush. I may have had mild thrush throughout the 7 years but the time it caused bad nausea and I was treated with Nystatin.
Wondering if Actonel could have changed my system to create the right environment in my body for thrush.I've had No problems with vaginal yeast infections either and never use anti-biotics. |
