Is it too late?

Is it too late for me to build my bone density at the age of 16??(Male).By drinking enough raw milk per day?

It's never too late to try and build bone density. Has your doctor told you that you have low bone density or a problem with loosing bone? Drinking milk and eating other foods with calcium can help with bone density along with weight bearing exercise. Let us know more about your situation.

No but i want to make my bones stronger because im practicing muay thai.Im asking if i have time to do it.

I would ask your doctor or coach about how much calcium your body requires. Too much calcium can cause problems. Hopefully you have fine bone density at your age and can just eat enough calcium to keep your bones growing healthy.
