mae67 Newbie (male) Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: Reno, NV USA Posts: 1	50,000 IU Vitamin D What are the side affects of this dosage of Vit D? I experienced extreme muscle weakness, lethargy, and leg pain for 3 days after taking this vitamin dose. Anyone else experience side affects like this? I know that Vit D is supposed to alleviate all of these symptoms but not for me!
