| Insurance won't cover ACTONEL anymore...
which may be a blessing in disguise. I didn't want to take it anyway..2 years now I have taken it. Last DEXA was worse and Dr. chided me! I have taken a ton of calcium and vitamin D too. Now Dr. says just take the generic Fosamax and be quiet...BUT months ago told me the Fosamax was not the same as Actonel and we wouldn't change. Insurance won't cover the Actonel anymore ...so to heck with it. I have been reading a lot about K2 and strontium. I started the K2 and krill oil with the Dr. Mercola brand and I would like to add a few more of those recommended...but it gets expensive fast. Anyone else doing Dr. mercola brand or have an equivlalent.
