Can anyone on the board give me current information concerning the benefits of taking Strontium? Are there any side effects or warnings for this supplement?

Hi bonehelp, welcome to the board . I've been taking strontium citrate for almost 5 years and the biggest benefit i've experienced it that it has improved my bone density with no side effects at all. Thank you Phyllis for your response. I am just getting started into what I personally can do to increase bonemass and knowing that you have accomplished just that, gives me hope.
