So, I'm almost finished with the book. The info is good. It's written well-easy to understand for those who don't know too much about osteoporosis and what to do for it naturally. I'm guessing most of the info she has is out there on the web free, but at least here it's compiled in one place-so that simplifies our search. I see that Better Bones website has a similar program that one can pay for as well. My personal issue is that I took Reclast in June and have had severe painful side effects since. My diet is limited due to many food allergies and intolerances, so reading her book frightened me in addition to the fear I already was experiencing from the side effects of Reclast. But it's a fear that I have to overcome and just know I can do what I can do and that soon I will feel better.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I need help and I'm so very willing to help in anyway I can.
Here's to better bones for all of us!

Hi Paula, another book to read is the Myth of Osteoporosis by Gillian Sansone. Its about osteo, but in a different perspective than many mainstream books. It's helped quite a few deal with the fear that comes with the DX. It was very helpful to me when i was DX in 2006. take care...phyllis
