Beachladyblues Newbie (female) Join Date: Nov 2011 Location: NJ Posts: 3	JIO my 18 year old son... My son fractured his L hip at age of 12 after which he was Dx w/JIO. Takes Fosamax 70 q/wk, liquid ca and vitD daily. After going to the OR 4 times for his hip-just told AVN has caused frmeral head to erode and needs a hip replacement(has impingement done January 2011) Is there anyone out there who knows outcome of major joint replacement on a child w/JIO?? Very worried...
