Are you taking Vitamin D3 and Calcium? If not, have your Vitamin D level checked and if it is low, ask your doctor about taking Vitamin D3 along with Calcium. Remember, calcium needs magnesium in order to work the best.
Normal level for Vitamin D is 50-70 for optimum health. Many doctors think 30 is o.k., but it is not, that is too low. Raising Vitamin D level is a slow process.
Not enough Vitamin D3 will not raise the level and too much Vitamin D3 can cause problems. Need your doctor to monitor.
Any improvement is good. Congratulations.
Perhaps you have changed your diet to a more healthy one for bones.
