Hot weather exercise...
Hello everyone, with the hot weather upon us how have you altered your exercise program? I, for one, am not a fan of hot weather so staying with the early morning walks with a friend has been great. We go at 6AM ad get to enjoy the best part of the day. I've also shifted my yard work to early mornings or waiting till the part i want to work on gets shady. I work 2 mornings a week at a curves type facility so i get my weight training in there.
Here's a hot weather treat idea that has calcium. Mix up a box of instant pudding, any flavor, and freeze it, if you use the fat/sugar free pudding it has very few calories depending on what you freeze it in. Keep cool, take care, phyllis
