. What would you like to know? Basically osteopenia is the precursor to osteoporosis and is your chance to start making life styles changes so that you don't keep losing bone density. Its your wake up call to start taking supplements, getting more exercise and eating a good healthy diet, all these things are not only good for your bones but for the rest of you as well. Also you can check to see if there are any secondary causes for your bone density loss. Your doctor can give you all the info or you can do your own research.
