sunnyinoz Newbie (female) Join Date: Aug 2012 Location: Wichita, KS, USA Posts: 2	Has anyone tried Genistein? I recently had my first bone density test. My lumbar spine (L2,3,4) is -4.80. My doctor prescribed Boniva but I'm afraid to take that because of the side effects. Has anyone taken Citracal with Genistein? Do you know if it increased your bone density?
