I do have osteoporosis of the spine very badly..Fosmax bad news I swear it caused, The pro's, Only medication that grows bone.. a plus for me,plus helps with spinal fractures and spinal discomfort after 1 1/2 mo discomfort gone!!!
Con's injection daily need to be on top of this...Plus needs refrig. problem if you travel.
brusing at the site at times, achy joints,wgt gain.

I took the Forteo for 2 yrs and my bone density decreased any way. It does not always help. I didn't have any side effects while taking it though.

Supposedly Evista or any HRT would also have the possibility of growing bone.
