Re: Need pros and cons of Forteo

My mother has severe osteoporosis. she is 66. We have started ****** version of teriparatide (forteo). She is taking injections since a month and still a long to go. No problem at present. Let's hope everything goes fine.

You also do not worry and keep your mind strong. Bad days will get passed and GOOD DAYS WILL RETURN.

The most prowerful thing is our mind.

Pls. take sun bath for at least 15 mins. a day.
Get well soon!

What a sweet response Astonish...I am currently gearing up my meditation and am looking forward and not back. I hope your mum does well on the Forteo and please keep me posted. In the meantime, I'm planning on going a more natural route for now. One thing I've learned is I have no control over what happens, just how I respond to it. The damage is done. 84 mos of iv bisphosphonates will stay in my body at half life at least another 8-10 years. So, one day at a time.
