Question Buttocks pain (28 yrs /w ms)

I have had ms for 28 years and now have lived in a wheelchair for ten years. Now I have tremendous pain on my buttucks while sitting. My doc claims it's neuropathic and my neurologist says physical. Neither have an idea or an answer. My only relief is lying on my stomach all day. Anyone else experiencing this?
