The prices on pain medications these days are outrageous, especially the new ones that are long term and work so good.
Almost all Major Drug Companies have a Patient Assistance Program to help people that can't afford their medications.
Get in touch (on the net) with the company you need help from and they will send (or fax) you a form to fill out to see if you qualify.
If you do qualify you will need to get your doctor to fill out part of the form. Different companies have different rules. Some the doctors office must send the script each month, others require you to pick-up your script and send it in yourself.
If you need help, it is out there. You just have to look.

Note:
You will have to qualify, and some companies require a co-pay or a fee for a yearly membership. Make sure you understand what you are signing up for.

A PM doc usually has samples, or coupons from free trail packs.
The web site needymeds.com lists the manufacturers and qualification for each program and how to apply, usually initiated by the doc.
State medicaid programs, some states have imediate cash assistance programs. You need to check with social services and see what you qualify for.
also, shop price, the bulk stores like sams and costco can be 1/5 of the price of the big chains on every corner and you don't have to be a member to use the pharmacy.

www.benefitscheckup.org is an excelent site for free meds. After filling out a questionair, it will tell you what plans are available in your state.
Some websites in the list posted do charge an application fee for each medicine that you request. One for example, on initial application require a pay online of $5.00 per medicine. And another not on your list that I did check with about a month ago, charges several hundreds of $$$ per year to be a "member" with their assistance program.
Some of the companies who hold websites are deceptive in their approach. In fact, some companies out there who advertise on television and radio are not free - but operate on a fee basis to us little guys!
