Pricing on Long acting Morphines...
Well, I've come to the conclusion that there is no way I'll be able to afford Kadian, be it twice or even once a day (unless Pati. Asis. Pro.), but I'm not taking chances to be dissaproved. Now, I believe the only reason I'm on Kadian for these 2 weeks I am...is because of a free new patient voucher from Alpharma. In the office I did remember my Dr. saying Oramorph SR to her assistant towards me, but then remembering the Kadian vouchers, so I assume that's what I'll be on when I go back on the 18th.
Question is...Out of all the LA morphines, which brand is the cheapest, but at the same time not compromizing quality. ALSO...which pharmacy might be cheaper. I know you can look @ Wallgreens Rx prices online which is convienent, but I vough never to go there again (JERKS really). I did take Shorlines advice once and went to sams, which the price diff was nearly 1/2. At Wallgreens I'd pay $17-20 for 40 5mg percocet. At Sams club (which I'm not a member, but it doesn't matter for the pharmacy) I paid only $9 dollars. But I've no way of knowing their prices, they don't talk over the phone about Narcs, so they say. But if anyone might know, that's greatly helping me.

btw-doing exercises as told along w/ the ESI and medication, I truly have been feeling better vs. when I was just taking percocet. I wish I was rich, because Kadian seems to be so smooth, I forget I'm on it-so to speak. I don't feel that BUZZ from the short acting opiates. Just feel pain level is down and it makes the day more bright. Very promising!
