I was worried about my husband switching from the Duragesic to the Mylan, but after surviving the first few days with extreme dizziness, he now says that the Mylan's are fine. They are much smaller and stay stuck better. He is on the 100 mcg patch. Also, the Mylan don't seem to irritate the skin as badly.
I am a new addition to this website. I have been on the patch for four years and now am using Sandoz 100mg. It takes time to build your system up to the strength of the patch that the Dr. perscribes to you. I started out with 25mg. I was on the other generic patch which did not work for me at all. Keep in close contact with your Dr regarding your pain and how you feel. Good luck.
