Today I get my new hip! - Pain Management Message Board

I just wanted to say that I'm scheduled to get a new right hip in about 5 hours. I haven't been posting very much these last couple of weeks, but I've been lurking and reading everyone's posts. Folks have always been so supportive here and I want to thank those who have been there to smooth my ruffled feathers and calm my nerves. Hopefully I'll be home in a few weeks after some time in physical rehab. Take care all. I wish you pain free days ahead! KathyMac

Good luck KathyMac,I've heard nothing but good about this operation.A friends dad good a new hip a couple of years ago and he had no troubles with it.Happy healing and all the best....Dave
