Went to San Diego.
ya know I went to the neuromuscular doc and the pain doc.

I have to go to a psychiatrist and a psychologist.

He had a name for my legs and arms jerking - can't remember what.

He doesn't know what is wrong with me - said I can come back and get another nerve and muscle study. And to go to psychiatrist to see if he has any ideas.

Pain doc said I have to go to a psychologist before she'll prescribe long acting pain pills. That the arthritis in my neck and back is causing the muscle problems there. So I'm also going to get injections to help with that.

And a muscle relaxer that is stronger.

Have you gotten an appt set up with the psychologist yet? I know it can take forever to get in to see them! At least it takes forever to get in to see mine! Make sure that if your appt is futher out that you have them put you on that doc's cancellation list. I know that I get in quite often from other peoples canceled slots.
