I have/had this really weird state of pain, and it's really difficult to explain. This dates back to my childhood memories (I'm 20 now) when my parents were taking me to doctors to figure out why I complained that my muscles hurt - out of nothing....
The thing is that I still feel that pain (non-stop), as a concealed sorenes on my muscles and joints, and now as I am typing/thinking about it, I feel it even more. I especially feel it around/on my knees. It kinda makes me want to stretch but it won't go away when I do.
It's not really a serious pain, I live a normal life, so I don't feel it when I don't think about it.
I thought that my lack of physical activity nowadays might be the problem, but still - I was a kid when I complained about it. I was being told that I am growing and changing rapidly so it would go away when I get older.
I don't know if it is normal or not, so if someone please comment on this, I would be very grateful.
