Hi there,
I got my prescription filled for generic Oxycontin (Oxycodone) at Sam's Club yesterday, and it was the Endo version....
I talked with my pharmacist a month or so ago when these posts started coming out about the lawsuit, who is the head one there....i am in Northern Virginia and it's a very populated one....and he has not heard nor recieved any literature on the discontinuing the Endo or other generic versions....
I have only recieved the Endo version of Oxycontin and then my generic Percocet is from the Watson pharmaceuticals company...
Keep in mind that with lawsuits....sometimes it takes years for the judgments to actually be upheld with lots of appeals as well and like Shore said, there could be warehouse's across the US, etc. that have the generic brand stored up...
So...I wouldn't worry too much about it....You said you get the brand name, right? I am suprised that your insurance/workman's comp decided to pay out for that instead of the generics.....Mine always wants me to use generic, but it's not a workers comp thing so dont' have any experience with that...just curious..

....I think there will always be a version of the generic Oxy out there since it costs the insurance compaines so much less...
Blessings,
Ingrid
