morgyporgy Senior Member (female) Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: florida Posts: 140	diagnosis? i just received a bill from my doctor (a receipt actually), and it actually had my diagnosis on it. they ofcourse had the severe OA, fibro and the spinal stenosis but there was also something called chronic myofascial pain. this was never discussed with me and i am curious as to what it is. i did a little research and will speak to him on my next appt. but i was just wondering if all you educated fellow CPers could help me as well. thank you in advance, morgyporgy
