Re: What is the difference between Norco and Percocet?
Norco is hydrocodone and tylenol. Percocet is oxycodone and tylenol. Pecocet is stronger than Norco. Some people tolerate one and not another. I cannot tolerate Norco, but Pecocet is very well tolerated by me and works great for pain. Do what works best for you!
Re: What is the difference between Norco and Percocet?
Norco is a brand name drug that is a combination of acetaminophen and hydrocodone
Percocet is a brand name drug that is a combination of acetaminophen and oxycodone
They are both used to treat moderate to severe pain.

oops, I'm so slow that I didn't realize that your ? had been answered. Percocet gave me nightmares but I tolerated Norco fine. Strange how they affect different people, isn't it?

As stated by others Norco is hydrocodone and tylenol and percocet is oxycodone and tylenol. Norco is a relatively new drug that was made primarily to have hydrocodone available with less than 500 mg of tylenol.
