Yes. I was referred to him by GP approximately eleven years ago, prior to finding my current pain mgmt. doctor. If you're interested in going the route of injections/blocks/etc. and tons and tons of PT, he's your guy. I was with him for well over a year, and he never rx'd a single med. He's a real nice guy, but we just didn't click. My "fondest" memory is when he told me I needed to relax . . . that I should take more bubble baths. . . do meditation. Needless to say, we parted ways and I've been with my current doc (no longer taking new patients) ever since.

Pain management is a tough, tough business in this state, and especially Central Florida. I'm in fear every day of being dropped, having my doc quit, failing a drug screening, etc. I play by the rules but there's always that fear of something going wrong and it's a terrible way to live and one that only a fellow CP'er could ever understand. (I've been lurking for well over six months and thought I should join in. When I read your post, I had to respond. Good luck, no matter what you decide.)
