How long do LYRICA pills last? - Pain Management Message Board

I have been on the same dose of Lyrica 300mg x 2/day for 2 years now. My problem is that they don't seem to last 12 hours so I take one and then take the other around 10 hours later. Of course this means the concentration in my blood is not "even". My problem would be solved if they had a 200mg pill so I could take it 3x/day. Does anyone know exactly how long LYRICA lasts?

Hey,

There is a 150mg cap. So you could take 4x a day. That could solve your problem. I'm on a different dose than you. I take 150mg cap 2x a day, 300mg cap 2x a day. So I get a total of 900mgs a day. I hope that this helps you. I think that the solution for you would be the 4 a day dosing for a little better level of med and pain control.
