hi again
well i decided to get the epidural steroid injection my land pt and my dr think its worth a try ...it will be on may 19 i got lucky with the app i guess they are booking out tell mid june... so my dr. is going to give me a few more trigger point injections today were they wore of around my sacrum it hurts so bad there hopfully it will get me through untell the epidural..the one thing i have noticed after the cortizone injections i get really really tense for about 2 days so my dr has me take more xanax to help with that...

ladybuggy, Just wanted to say good luck with the epidural. I'm glad you chose to try it. We never know unless we try, right? Please let us know how it goes. Just remember, that there may be more pain at the site, for a little bit, but that is normal. Take care, cmpgirl

thanks, i just got back from getting 8 more shots all around my sacrum ...hopfully this will do the trick untell i get to the 19th ...i feel pretty good pain wise right now they put a numbing agent in with the cortizone but i get feeling really tense but they just up my xanax for a few days to help....thanks for talking with me i don't feel alone even when i'm just lurking here all the timewell all my meds are working so i better go before i sound to goofy
