Re: what is the difference between watson lortabs and mallinckro lortabs
I've had both the Mallinkrodt and the Watson and for me, there is no question that the Watson brand is more effective and allows for better pain coverage. It can vary from person to person, but I make sure my pharmacy has the Watson in stock for me each month. Good luck, CMP/MM

The difference is pain relief my friend!
I can only get removed right now. I couldn't get any pharnmacy to order me Watson's. Everybody says because my insurance company pays for the generic and THEIR company pays for the cheapest generic, I am stuck. I used to be able to get Watson when I lived in Texas. I am not as blessed in that area here.
Blessings,
Momz

Reason: Please use the real manufacturer's name, it leads to less confusion
Re: what is the difference between watson lortabs and mallinckro lortabs
I just called my Walgreen pharmacist (which I love) and he told me that they had a policy to not order generics that they had multiple complaints about - I do not know if that is really true or that they follow thru but I have not gotten anything but brand or Watson in the last year - I am not taking it now so I do not know what they are using - but remember the squeaky wheel theory and you can be a squeaky wheel without being obnoxious - good luck to you my friend and let me know what happens love ya huggs Aver

I am lucky that I have always be given Watsons which work great. One time I had the Mallincrofts which did not work as work as well for me. My pharmacy I am now using have Endocet. Is that a brand name name or a generic name? They ahve worked the best for me
